How to create this kind of a moving text frame?

Hey guys - I need your help, I have a question regarding a creative product I found on behance: https://www.behance.net/gallery/54254439/Nike-Live-Report. Please check out the last 2 designs, where you see text moving in the frame around the animation. How do I make it move this way in after effects? I do know how to make text follow a path/follow the path of a square for example, but I don't know how to do it like in this example, where the text also 'fills' the edges. I also already thought about creating a 3d square (like a room that you look into from on top/birds eye perspective) and have the text move on the 'walls of the room' - but I do not know how to do this. Thank you already, Louisa Ps. I hope I was able to at least kind of make clear what I mean haha

You could do this with 4 corner pin effects. Place the text in a large precomp. Then create 4 smaller comps containing only 1/4th of the original text. Then pin those 4 comps to the respective areas of the main comp using the corner pin (or CC Power Pin) effect.

You could also create 4 duplicate layers with your text movement, Then make those into 4 walls in 3D space. The camera would be very wide angle above the 3D box of text.
