Actually, this effect can make in photoshop, and load the file to the AE.

I'm a elementary editor of streamer in twitch. I learn how to edit clips, make the text by many streamer youtube channel.

If find a effect what I can't, I find how to do the effects in youtube. But I can't find this effect, anybody knows how to make this effect without Photoshop?\

Pretty straight forward. Lots of ways to do this. I would add a few layer styles. one for outer black stroke and one for inner gradient with a very short transition between the colors in the gradient.
