i cant find the program in adobe creative cloud

Hello guys,

can someone tell me why i cant find the program in creative cloud?

if i try to download the program from the website, it tells me that my pc hasnt the hardware or software conditions to download it. Then they say that i can look for these conditions in the support department but after searching 1 hour for this im tired of that and just want an answer

I would really apprechiate if someone can help me

and sorry for my bad english, im coming from germany

The minimum requirements to run After effects can be found here:After Effects System Requirements

In the Creative Cloud app make sure you select "All Apps" instead of "Installed Apps"
