-After Effects CC (12.2.1) - 2018

-i already installed the recent updates

i'am using windows 10 Enterprise

-ram (16 GB)

-system type:- 64 bit

2 processor :- intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU -  2.40 GHz

, this is my time to try after effects.

What does the after effect means by scanning font family???? , it is stucked at that point!

You might have a corrupted font.

Sorry for your frustrating issue. Peru Bob is on to the right solution. You have a corrupt font. If you have added any fonts lately, try removing those first. If you still have trouble with this, contact our agents here: Contact Customer Care
