I tried to fit videos into composition settings with org quality but I failed.

my composition settings is 1080x1920 but the video was in 1920x1080. The thing is i tried to scale up the videos to fit in the composition but the quality is so low. How can I fix it ? Please help!!

Nothing to fix. A 200 pixel figure won't magically turn into sharp footage. At best you could try detail preserving scale and use a smaller output resolution, but that's as good as it gets.

Unfortunately that's how it is - when you scale things up they look softer.  

However, your example looks particulalrly bad, like the original source footage was already poor quality, or already scaled up from something low resolution.  If you have access to the original footage you may be able to replace it with that.
