In my Adobe programs (After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop...), due to reasons I don't know the source of, they either constantly give a crash error and close or close without an error. I can't seem to overcome this issue. I've asked the community for help on this matter, but a solution hasn't been found. I'm a student trying to cover both my school expenses and my personal needs by doing design work, but I haven't been able to use the programs for 3 days due to these errors. I am in a difficult situation. I've sent multiple emails, but there has been no response. I'm experiencing this issue while using licensed software, and a solution can't be found. My computer, software, drivers, and antivirus are all up to date. I want assistance.
Here are the specifications of my computer:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
64GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900K
I've found the issue. It seems to be entirely related to the new version. Currently, I am using the latest version of After Effects (version 23.6). However, after installing the older version (version 23.0), I'm not experiencing any issues. I'm having difficulty understanding why the new version is causing this error. During the check with the live support team, we noticed that some effects were putting a strain on the computer and were likely the cause of the problem. When we disabled those eff

Given this is happening across multiple apps I might suggest looking at the fonts you have installed on your system. Perhaps there are some installed that are corrupted or causing issues with the Adobe apps. Font management is one piece of shared technology across many of the Adobe products.

I reset my computer and upgraded from Windows 10 to 11. My first task was to install Adobe's programs without anything else installed on my computer, and I am encountering the same error again.

I don't have a real Adobe employee who can truly assist me, and I am not satisfied with the service I have received. If there won't be any help provided in case of any issues, why are we using the licensed version?

Hi Emre283835782nyk,
Sorry to hear about the crash.
Installed the latest Nvidia Studio driver (not Game Ready) for your GPU if you haven't already. Do you get any error messages or crash reports? Is there anything specific action/command that triggers the crash? Try running After Effects in Safe Mode.
Let us know.
Thanks,
Nishu

I tried as you suggested, but unfortunately, it didn't work. It seems that the issue occurs in parts of my workspace with a lot of transitions. I believe it may be related to the CPU or RAM because there are no problems in areas with fewer transitions. This issue applies to other applications as well. For example, in Adobe InDesign, it starts to give errors after the page count and content increase. This also applies to Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Additionally, I noticed the following: yesterday, I opened the project without any issues, and I didn't encounter any problems. Normally, the project was running the preview smoothly without freezing or waiting. However, after I restarted my computer, the project started experiencing freezing and waiting issues, and later on, it began to give errors again.

Furthermore, I also noticed the following: when I set the project preview mode to "quarter," it still freezes and stutters during the project's preloading (there shouldn't be any freezing or stuttering issues in this project). However, after setting it to "full," the program crashes again with an error.

If you wish, you can connect to my computer remotely and control it, I think this will make things faster.

Looking at some additional crash logs that have been submitted, I'm seeing 3 GPUs installed on the machine. Is that correct?
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
LuminonCore IDDCX Adapter
Intel(R) UHD Graphics 770
Can you disable the LuminonCore and Intel GPUs and see if your crashes are still happening?

When we disabled those effects, there were no issues (I'm referring to the version where I encountered the error, which is 23.6). I hope that the new updates will fix this problem. Thank you for your attention and assistance.
