Image is Pixelated/Glitched when I Import it

I was importing some images from We heart It to after effects and some of them were glitched or pixelated and some weren't. Its really confusing and annoying because i can't find a way to fix it and i tried looking up the problem but it seemed like no one had the same issue.

This is what it looks like:

If anyone has had this issue do you know how to fix it?

Open it in Photoshop, then export it to another image file format. Then import it into Ae.

Are those damages images viewable in another viewer?

Seems like the files are damaged what isn't unusual, if you downloaded it. Just re-download them.

The images are viewable once I open them in photos. And i have re downloaded them but they still import glitched.

some image are converted to jpg using some script or web application and the result work good on web browser and some photo editing software but may some other application like AE didn't recognize this kind of compression so this cause glitch sometime,

Thank you OussK and Byron for your replies and explanations. I could fix 3 folders of dozen of images thanks to the precious Image processor script of Photoshop in changing compression quality ! It was able to rebluid the correct JPG structure of these files, where a famous recovery image software failed ! And import then in AE.
