Image pas visible sur After effets

bonjour,

Je suis débutante sur After Effects et j'ai un problème avec une image que j'insère. Elle s'affiche pas ou est transparent je sais pas. L'audio non plus ne fonctionne pas. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi. J'ai réessayé plusieurs fois mais rien ne fait. 

Si vous voulez bien m'expliquer.

Your system very likely does not meet the minimum requirements and hardware acceleration is not working. It's as simple as that. Your tiny screenshot is a dead giveaway of that fact. Probably soem cheap notebook with inadequate resources.

Feel free to update your graphics driver and experiment with the settings, but don't be disappointed if it never works.
