Hello,

I have a problem with importing an obj into after effects. As you see it doesn't look as it should, can anybody help?

It might help if you cleaned up your geometry.  You generally don't want any n-gons, polygon faces with more than 4 sides.

Also check to make sure all your normals are facing the the right way.

What Gutterfish said. Subdivide/ triangulate any n-gons. 3D rendeers don't like non-convex, non-planar shapes, especially OpenGL based once that suffer from the limitations of internal precision issues.
