In-App Tutorials not working

The in-app tutorials are not working. 

v 23.2.0 build 65

Windows 10

Select from Help "In-app Turorials" - nothing happens.

What happens if you switch to Learn Workspace (go to Window > Workspace > Learn)? If that doesn't help, try resetting the preferneces of After Effects. Here's how: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after...

Thanks, after reading the comments on this recommendation I decided to just use the online version. Didn't feel comfortable resetting things. Running the app as administrator also didn't work.
