iPhone shooters -- need some help

I'm moving from an Android to an iPhone soon.  I need to get that app that makes an iPhone behave like a real camera -- you can choose the codec, frame rate and the size of the video image.

I just need a name.  Can anyone help?

I'll be damned if I'm going to shoot 4K and variable frame rate  when I really need 720 and and 23.976!
