Issues: W/Tracked Null Objects exported to Premiere

Hello,

A total nuub here with AE and AP so apologies.  I have a simple comp where I am adding .png's to faces in a movie clip, and used AE to accomplish this.  I have no issues as the preview in AE looks as desired.  The issues arises when I export the project to Premiere, all the face are just sitting in the top right corner, not moving, and with a black background.  Thanks in advance.

Update, when I import, all the faces are in the upper left hand corner, not moving over the faces.  Also I get this alert when I open the exported AE file into PR...

The feature(s) you used in AE are not available to PPro. You will have to render the AE Composition or use Dynamic Link to bring your AE Timeline into PPro.

We need a lot more information about your workflow. It sounds to me like you used Dynamic Link to replace an edited clip in Premiere Pro with an After Effects Composition. If the Comp Premiere Pro created is not the one you edited in After Effects, or if you set layers as guide layers, or if you were not running your preview in AE using the Active Camera view, the problem is only the workflow. The first place I would start is looking through the Project Panel for any comps created by Premiere Pro.

If all else fails you can always use the Render Queue to export a lossless production master of the comp and replace the nested AE comp in the PPro sequence with the rendered file.
