Issues with exporting GIF, Strange white dots in the gif!

Hello, I'm having issues exporting this simple gif. I've tried everything from lowering the frame rate, this animation loop is 2 seconds and exporting as a video, to trying in Photoshop, but something is always wrong. I'm unsure when every time I export this GIF out, white dots show up in the gray of the speakers. Can anyone help, please?

That looks like dithering.

 Are you exporting the Animated GIF with Media Encoder, Photoshop Save for Web (Legacy), or GIFGun for After Effects?
