Joining Adobe beta program

Hi.  Some other FX folks I know would like to become part of the Adobe beta programs, mostly for After Effects and Animate.  Who should they contact, or what web site should they register their interest at?

I could not find any info about this on other Adobe forums.   Thank you

I believe you can apply to join any/all of the prerelease programs here:
