Match color between MP4 export and still frame export?

I’m working in After Effects and I’m trying to get a solid color to match between my MP4 outputs and still frame JPEGs. There’s a slight shift that’s visible when comparing them. Is there some color profile sorcery I need to figure out or is this just tilting at windmills?

Forget it. Your baby blue is exactly one of those colors you just can never match in an MP4 dye to the chroma undersampling and lack of gamut. No magic in the world can fix it.
