You don't import MBLOOKS files into After Effects. Follow the user guide's instructions. You install new looks and create new looks folders inside the Looks/Magic Bullet Looks UI that you open inside AE. The icon for installing new looks is just to the right of the Search Field in the Looks drawer, and it looks like a square with an arrow pointing to the center. It would be a good idea to watch the entire video that my friend Stu prepared at the top of the User Guide page. He knows what he is talking event. He developed the plugin. When you have trouble with an effect, it's always best to go to the developer's website first.
