Hello,
I started running into a serious problem which totally hindered the post production of our feature film. Every time I try to track via Mocha AE, it force closes After Effects with no warning or crash report. It just shuts down.
This happens each time I click on cancel when the "Suppressor Warning" menu pops up or if I do full resolution, this time AE shuts down as soon as I save Mocha tracking and exit. So basically exiting Mocha force closes AE without giving me any chance to save the project.
My system is Windwows 10 Pro. Ryzen 7 3700x 64 GB Ram.
Mocha has its own cache files. Try to delete them and try again in any of AE versions. Enter into the mocha plugin, go to File > Clear Cache and select all the options. Save the project and return to AE. Then, purge AE cache and try to track again your shot.

I forgot to add that my video card is RX 5700 XT with the latest version 21.6.1

So, here's the update. The problem is fixed when I rolled back to an earlier version which is 18.2.1. So, there's something wrong with your latest update which causes Mocha to crash AE.

Well, the problem just came back. I turned the pc on and the first track immediately crashed AE as soon as I saved and closed Mocha. I'd appreciate any help.

I found that when I return to Ae after having succesfully tracked an object I get the spinning beachball of death on Ae and it doesn't resolve itself no matter how long I leave it. I'm using the up to date Pr and Ae apps and I operate it on Apple Mac Mini with 16 GB RAM which operates like a dream usually

I have the same issue, but I cannot get the Mocha AE plug-in to launch at all, as it crashes/freezes before the GUI opens, so I cannot clean the cache in this manner. I can clean AE, of course, but does anyone know the path for the Mocha AE cache on Win 11 64-bit Pro & for Win 10 64-bit Pro?
The weird thing is, that Mocha AE 2022 worked ONCE on both Ae and the Ae Beta, but it would not open again after that, it freezes or crashes.

P.S. - I was able to find the cache for Mocha, but clearing it out doesn't solve the problem with launching it in AE; still causing it to crash. I have even tried clearing out the entirety of the TEMP folder for the User. While Mocha Ae cache is in there, it did nothing to prevent further crashing.
Does Mocha Ae require its own permissions to connect to Boris/Adobe, in order for the license to work properly?
Mocha Ae and the manual cache clearing works fine on my home machine, but the enterprise laptop with the software is not, despite clearing out the cache for the home machine (Win 11) in the same way on it (Win 10).

I'm having the exact same problem. it works the first time i try to open and then subsequently just infinite white screen and loading circle on MochaAE and the "Thank you from Boris FX" window until I hit X and close "mocha4ae_adobe.exe" at whioch point it goes back to AE fine.

Same issue. I haven't even used it before, so there should be nothing in the cache. Stuck on the white 'Thank you!' window, though recently Mocha started loading behind it. It still freezes and dies, though.
