This should be an easy one-

I used to do this in an older version, and its been a long time and things have changed... I used to be able to move the anchor point of a layer (layers) that have position keyframes, thus repositioning the layer onscreen without effecting its motion...

HALP!

Put the timeline cursor (CTI) on one of the keyframes.  Click on the keyframed property to highlight all the keyframes.

Use the Up-Down-Right-Left keys to reposition them all at the same time. The Shift-Arrow keyframe combo moves 'em 10 pixels at a time.

That totally worked, thank you.

The keyframes of my layers are offset, so i had to create a new keyframe at a stationary spot in the timeline, and i was actually able to move all my layers at once.
