Multiple Names or Texts to Multiple lower thirds or Compositions to Multiple render Queues

When I make lower thirds i usually make my own animation and have a list of the names or titles to start rendering, what happens is I have to 1.) Type In the Name in AE 2.) Render 3.) Wait 4.) repeat. Imagine doing that for 100+ different names, my question is is there a third party script or plugin that can make your notepad or excel spreadsheets into different compositions and different texts but still the same animation automatically, so I can easily render them together?
