My after effect can't use from all of CPU and GPU's capacity

Hi guys! I have buy a new expensive system for using after effect cc 2018, but my after effect Render Engine not maximizing my CPU and GPU usage, therefore my renders and full previews are slow and those are such as rendering in my old system. My after effect only use 10 percent of my CPU and GPU capacity and I can not see any change in my work. what can I do?
my OS: windows 10
graphic: Nvidia Gforce GTX 1080
Ram: 32 GB
my harddrive is SSD
CPU : intel core i7 6800k 3.4GHz

There is nothing you can do. That's just how AE works. Many things simply aren't multithreaded nor do they use any GPU acceleration or whatever.
