My Content Is Pixelated Even On Full Resolution

can somebody help me?? I've looked everywhere and I still can't figure out as to why my photos in my composition are being shown as pixelated when they are in full.

The only thing you did wrong is failing to spend any time with the User Guide.

The magnification factor in your comp is 6,400%. Maybe this will explain things:

i put the magnification in 10% and it still was blurry

Well, in your top screenshot - where the image seems to be filling the composition window at a reasonable size - your magnification is still set to 800%.
