NEED HELP

I can get into after effects, then I do a couple of things and this keeps happening. How to fix??

Hello,

The cause would be related to the graphic card setting. Would you try to launch After Effects as a default setting? To do this, you hold the key of Ctrl+Alt+Shift together and launch After Effects.
