new user on after effect

i bought new license of after effects but when open the app i didn't see any option for create new project

Window menu > Workspace > Default.

then:

Window menu > Workspace > Reset Default to saved layout.

then:

Help menu > After Effects Help....  Beginners guide.

It looks like you might have hit the tilde (~) key while your mouse was over the panel so you have maximized the Panel Group. You can just hit the tilde (~) key and it should Restore the Panel Group.
