No alpha channel when using AE 17.0.1 and Media Encoder 2020

Hi

My company just recently updated my computer with the latest AE and Media encoder.  Before the upgrade all my work would encode with the alpha channel.  Now the only way for me to get the alpha channel is to use the render que.  Which is time consuming.  My codec is GrassValley HQX.

I have read as many posts as I can find and nothing is helping.  Any suggestions?

Have you confirmed that you still have the codec available?  It's not a very common one.
