no "only" option in cast shadows or accept shadows

hello everyone!

I have AE cc 2018 and I cannot find the option "only" under cast shadows or accept shadows, I only have "on " or "off"!

i don't believe this is possible. you could try doing this with a layer style drop shadow and turn the layer fill to 0 but I don't know if you can do this with actual 3d lights.

I found this on a udemy course and it's clear that he s doing it, the option is there even if you google it, I just don't have it on my AE, I don't know why!

1. Create a new solid or a simple shape layer
2. Select the layer, press the A key twice
3. cycle through the Cast Shadows options and you should see ONLY as one of the options

If this works then select the layer you are having problems with and press the U key twice to reveal all modified options. You have something fouled up.
