Not Exporting to Media Encoder

My After Effects 2022 project doesn't show up when I try to export it to Media Encoder 2022. I've also tride dragging the file in to Media Encoder but it still doesn't appear.

I'm using OS Monterey 12.6,  MacBook Pro.

Please make sure that your After Effects and Media Encoder are up to date. Also, be patient, sometimes it takes a while to land in the render queue when dynamic linking from AE to Media Encoder.

Both my After Effects and Media Encoder are up to date. And after more than 20 mins even with a small file size it's doesn't export.
