Hello community!
I have an issue that is driving me nuts for the last 2 hours, even after searching an answer online and here.
I created NULL object previously and everything worked fine, then I added another 'entry' effect onto a text in the video, but now that I want to change the tracking points of the NULL object I cannot find them anymore.
_ even a new null does not show the tracking points
_show layer control is ON
_ layers are not locked
Please help!

I'm not clear what you are asking. The original tracker data would still be on the footage that was tracked. Showing us the layer view of the Null really isn't that helpful to decipher what's going on.

I try to upload another screenshot Mylenium.
Hopefully from this you can understand more my situation.
Previously I applied color correction on the video and tracked it with the track point n.1 in beige color. But then I created another null object (n.4 red) and pick-whip it onto LOGO 2 and LOGO. It worked perfect, but after adjusting other effects on LOGO 2 I saw that I wanted to extend the tracking further in the video, so If I try to go in the original FOOTAGE where I created the tracking in the first place, I don't see the point anymore, just the beige track point 1 which I don't need to adjust.
Even if I try to creat a new NULL object like I tried with [ NULL 8 ] in red, I still don't see the tracker option open.
I know it may be challenging to get where I am at, but maybe you have some expert insights that might open up the reason of why I don't see them.

Could it be that you don't see it because you do not have the layer selected which contains the tracking data. I'm just going by the images you provided. In the second image you do not have the layer which contains the tracking data selected so offering it as evidence that you tracking data has mysteriously vanished doesn't really make sense. Or maybe I am misunderstanding what you asking. If so i apologize.

Thank you for the answer and the concern Gutterfish!
If I have in front of me the same interface as the last picture I uploaded shows, and then I select the layer of the original FOOTAGE of where I applied the NULL4, it shows me the very first picture I uploaded.
The last picture I shared is the only layer, out of all of them, that shows me any sign of the RED NULL n.4.

I really think you need to drag and extend out the NULL 4 red layer on the timeline... you can only see a tiny sliver of it... could this be causing some issue because I can't understand the problem? 🤗

With your footage showing in the Footage panel, we can see Track Point 1 and some keyframes. The Tracking Panel shows the Footage layer selected, None for the Track Type, and nothing for the Motion target. You have also not selected the problem Footage layer and pressed the U key twice so we can see what is going on in the layer.
The second screenshot shows Null 8 selected but once again you have not revealed any modified properties for Null 8 (pressing 'uu') and the null seems to be in the default Comp Center position.
This problem sounds a lot like a user error. I don't think it is a bug. If you can't figure it out then please post a screenshot that shows the modified properties of the Footage layer and the modified properties of the Null layer that is giving you problems.

Thank Rick.
I agree that must be a user issue, so I assume I deleted something because I decided to recreate a Null object like I was trying with the Null 8 and I seem to go smooth now.
I appreciate all help!
thanks again and have a great day 🙂
