Hi Guys
I'm in the latest version of Ae. I have a composition, with six animated layers that's a couple of seconds too long. I want to increase the overall composition speed, so the layers finish playback a few seconds before the end of the comp so I can lop a second or two off the Comp's end. Is that possible, or will I have to adjust each individual layers' playback time?

Select all your layers and Pre-compose them (Menu: Layer > Precompose)
With the new pre-composed layer selected, apply Time remapping (Menu: Layer > Time > Enable Time Remapping)
This will give you a time remapping property on the timeline that has two keyframes, Simply drag the last keyframe earlier in time to speed up your precomposed layer.
One additional tip: If you then snap your playhead to the last time-remap keyframe, and hit the N key you will set the end ( Nnd : ) of the work area. You
