Parsing Errors when importing MP4 videos

I randomly get this message:

After Effects warning: Problem encountered with file "-file name here-".Data File: Parsing error:"dataOutline",Invalid JSON

It is happening with some MP4s in a recurrent manner. I wonder if it has to do with the removal of the Quicktime codecs support. If it's so, way to go!  A lot of unusable libraries that will need to be transcoded if they are going to be of any use.  Legacy Avid Codecs are not read anymore, H264 are having problems... Sorry if I'm going all over, but this video issues are just coming up with the latest version of After Effects April 2018.

Please file a Bug Report if this error can be reproduced with the same clip and this clip can be opened in another application.
