Particles from image sequence

Hey,

is it possible to use an image sequence (or even better a pool of image -and videofiles) for a particle emitter? Meaning, that each new particel being emitted actually represents a different image?

You can do that with Trapcode Particular by using random sampling from a pre-comp.

CC Particle World can do it.  But I wouldn't use just any old set of images.

I'd prepare the stills for the requirements of the project.... or you'd never know what you'd get.
