Permission to insert a link to a tuto uploaded in YouTube

Hi every body.

I've made a tuto to explain hand drawing in AE CC23. This tuto is uploaded in YouTube.
1-Am I permitted to insert the link in a post?
2-If yes, in what category could I post it?

Use the Toolbar to insert your Tutorials in a forum post. The icon looks like a two-frame film clip just to the left of the chain-shaped for embedding URL links. Embedded videos from YouTube and Vimeo are supported. I post mine all the time and also include a link to My Quick Tips Playlist. You can save Macros to help you post links to lots of other things. You'll find the page to create Macros in your section.
