I dont know exactly since when, but i just noticed, that many of my plugins for after effects (cc 2017) dont show up anymore.

For example the videocopilot plugin "saber".

Someone else got that problem and maybe a solution?

Kind regards

Hi,

I recommend you install the plug-ins by the installer every time you update them into new Adobe CC. If you move them manually, some are no problem and the others are not. Some information is stored in Windows system registry and the information can not be updated manually.

Reinstall them, making sure that you have the latest versions of them.

Hi,

You can also check the plug-ins are installed or not manually if you move to the directory below.

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2017\Support Files\Plug-ins

I always move them manually to this location. Except the saber plugin. This was a installation exe.

But they are still there, and im confused, cause a few days before they worked all.
