Preferences from old version to new one - After Effects

Hi guys, how do I move/copy all preferences such as presets, ui presets and all from old version to new one in After Effects ?

Effect presets live in your User/Documents folder, so you can copy the User Presets folder to the corresponding version of After Effects.

Application presets can be migrated via the AE Preferences > General > Migrate Previous Version Settings (the button on the bottom of this tab).
