Problem using Key Light: movement and contour

I've a big problem using Key Light, I show you details:

How cai I remove this contour that you can see in the picture? I've this trouble when the persons' hands move.

Please show us a full-sized, UN-KEYED still of the problem point in the clip so we can check the lighting.  No effects applied. The whole vertical & horizontal size, unadulterated.

Also please provide this information: the identity of the camera that shot it and the frame rate of the problem clip plus its media container & codec.
