problem with converting to shape layers

Hi, I convert AI (on the screen EPS, but the same thing with AI) file to shape layers, and make some artifacts as in picture 3, file attached. Thanks for your reply

Not sure what you're asking. You have gradiernt fills and transparency effects, none of which can be just converted to a shape layewr. You may want to actually read the help on what's supported and then prepare your artwork accordingly and reinstate unsupported features natively in AE.

This option to transform to shape layers is for simple vector elements, not for complex and worse elements if they have degraded and transparencies. Possibly it is better to separate the parts that make up your illustration in Illustrator and work them in After Effects, by separate layers. If you have the illustration in EPS you can surely separate.
