problems with rendering in after effects

hey ho community, this happened when rendering my last after effects project: 
can someone tell me where the error could be?

Looks like AE uses cached frames here and there and those cached frames are from an different state of your work.

To get a clean rendering, purge all memory and cache and render again.

Looks like AE uses cached frames here and there and those cached frames are from an different state of your work.

To get a clean rendering, purge all memory and cache and render again.
