Hi @ibrahim386787794c00, 

It looks like you are trying to open a project that was saved in a more recent version of AE in an older version of AE. 

You have a couple of options:

• You can update your version of AE to 24.5 via CCD
• You can ask the person you got this project from to save this file back to version 23.x or 22.x by using File > Save back As version number
