Hi everyone,
Can I have some advice regarding this issue?
I believe all my specs are valid for installment. I've updated my software to the latest one, and checked all my specs if it fits the requirement and it seems like I have it all correct. Yet this still keep showing for every attempts I try to download AE.
Would like to receive some help ASAP T-T.
Hello
The issue has been resolved thanks! I didn't actually do what you suggested but it still helped me. What I just needed to do is to install the creative cloud app in my laptop and download AE from there. Somehow the issue gets resolve once that's done:).

To add on to it:
I have an Macbook Air M1 (2020), Memory 8 GB, macOS Serquoia ver 15.0 (Latest Update)

I would suggest to
- uninstall AE
- clean your computer :

- restart you computer
- reinstall AE
Let's see if it works.
