Render queue doesn't use default or custom 'Output to' module.

Having an issue where if I add a composition to the render queue, it defaults to the compname.mov.

Instead of the default custom 'Delivery' preset. (regardless what preset I use as default, it won't work)

My project is on the 'Desktop', AE has writing permissions, using AE 22.4 and Montery 12.4.

The reason why this is getting bothersome, you can't select all render queue'd compositions and change the 'output to' on all of them simultaneously. This is only possible with the 'output module' and 'render settings'.

So when I add 10 compositions to the render queue, I have to manually change every 'Output to'.

To add,

When I manually change the 'output to' to the folder I want without using any preset,

and then duplicate the render queue item, it shows 'not yet specified'...

I'd like AE to use my default setting, why else would it be called default.

I've updated to 22.6 in the meantime.

I'd like to add that it doesn't remember the render location output, without any custom output-to modules.

When I add a composition it will mention:

"The directory originally specified in the selected output module no longer exists".

I click the file name, select the same directory (which does exist!), press render and it works.

However when I duplicate or add another composition to the render queue, it doesn't remember the output and just says 'not yet specified'. This has never happened to me in the past ~20 years of using AE, it would always remember the location of the previous output.

So if I have to render multiple compositions through the render queue, I have to manually change every single render output location.

A quick fix would be to use the media encoder, but it's not the solution I want.
