Rendering in After Effects (2015)

Hi, I'm rendering out a video for a friend who wants to potentially use the video for Itunes so they gave me specific specifications which were:

Format: Quicktime

Codec: Apple Pro Res 422 (HQ)

Video Bitrate: -220 mb/s

Colorspace: YUV 422

Size: 1920x1080

Progressive: Video must not be interlaced

Framerate: 24 fps

I'm very new to C4D and After Effects. I used PNG 16-bit 24 fps files from Cinema 4D and made them into a video. When I render out I cannot seem to change the bitrate when it's a Apple Pro Res 422 (Hq) codec. I also don't quite understand the video bitrate they have given me. Is there a way to change this or does Apple Pro Res just give you an unchangeable bitrate? Does this effect the quality? Thank you!!

As you can see from the chart below, the Apple ProRes codec has several standard presets, with very specific settings:

The "ProRes 422 HQ" is a preset that utilizes a bitrate of 220Mb/s in a 4:2:2 sampling.

In After Effects, make sure your composition is at 24fps and your imported .PNG sequence is also interpreted at 24fps.

On export select the ProRes 422 HQ preset, progressive, and you will be totally fine.

Cheers.
