Rendering Issues

when I try rendering my video it always either rendering a huge fill and stops because I run out of disk space or when I bring down the quality the video lags like hell.

What codec are you rendering to? What bitrate? What resolution (pixel width & height)?

You have the answer yourself, you need more disk space. Install it into your system or get an external drive, preferably USB 3.0 or Thunderbolt / SATA 3 or SSD.
