When I try to export a project the rendering process is stuck and won't move for example it is 8%/ 86/960 frames. The only way it moves a bit is when I turn off multi frame rendering but it doesn't really help.

Render settings: best settings

Outpt module: QuickTime

RAM: 82GB

Have you tried exporting through Adobe Media Encoder? I've had cases in the past where the project won't render succesfully in AE, but does so in Media Encoder.

To troubleshoot a problem render, move the CTI (current time indicator) to the time where the render fails in the timeline, select all layers, and press the U key twice to reveal all modified properties. Start looking for effects that may use a lot of memory or layers that have been scaled way up. See if there is anything you can adjust.

Another option would be to set the work area to end just before where the render fails and render a High Quaility (from the Output Module Presets) master or better yet, an image sequence up to that part. Then, reset the work area for the rest of the work area and try to render from the last good frame to the end. When you have the two pieces, or how many pieces you need to create, edit them together in Premiere Pro to create your final movie.

If I have a composition that takes longer than a few seconds a frame, I always consider using the Render Queue to render image sequences. If the render time increases to over a minute a frame (some of my comps are very complex) I always render image sequences because you have the option of rendering just the 10 frame the clients want to change if you need to. Using the Render Queue is also always faster because the Media encoder renders with a background copy of After Effects and has fewer resources.

I hope this helps.
