Resizable user interface text

Is this still not an option in After Effects 2018? I've got 4K monitors at the highest resolution and the text in the UI is microscopic. How can Microsoft Windows solve this problem, but Adobe or Mac Sierra can't?

Is it a new feature I haven't found yet? It's been talked about for years. I shouldn't have to lower my screen resolution just to read the UI. The whole point of the larger monitors with higher resolutions is so I can have more screen real estate.

Nope, that ain't it. I need something that affects the entire GUI. Microsoft has a Windows option that increases programs' font sizes so they can be read on high resolution screens.

All that does is lower the screen resolution down to 1920 x 1080.
