Resize text (user interface) of After effects?

Hello Creators! I would like to ask your help 

In After Effects the Interface Text is very small ( and it's hard to see) by people who have problem in vision (like me)

How We Can Make It Bigger? Loop it or adjust the size of Text Font.

Unfortunately, the only font selection and size options in After Effects are for the Expression Editor. You will find them in the Expressions and Scripting section of Preferences by pressing Alt/Option + Ctrl/Cmnd + ;

This has been a feature request for a long time. The only other option you have is to change your display resolution. When I work on a 5K display, I have to change the display options to something close to a 2K display to be able to see what is going on in the AE UI.
