Hello.  I am trying to create a 3D interior composed of two walls and ceiling.  It looks fine in precomp, but in main comp, it is off.  When i go into precomp and try to use obital cursor, I am getting beeps, and no cursor. Any ideas how i can help myself to fix this comp?hatch_main_comp.jpghatch_precomp.jpg

To maintain your 3D data in the Main Comp, you need to activate the Collapse Transformation switch. Then you can orbit. Check attached image.

Thank you for responding, but when i activated that switch next to the Precomp in the Main Comp, I only see a grey background. I am including a shot of what i checked.  Another way of asking my question is how can I get the Main Comp to match the precomp.  I have not yet run into this snag.  Thank you again. I really appreciate the help. hatch_precomp_toggle.jpg

Probably you have changed the point of view of your pre-composition view. Inside your precomp, you can use the new command View > Create camera from 3D view and you can copy this camera and paste into the Main comp to maintain exactly the same camera settings. Could you test it?
