Hi guys dont know if you could help, ive tried following instructions regarding resetting after effects preferences. But none of it works. It still crashes whenever i freeze the roto-scope and displays and error message: (please view attachment )

Are you running the Beta, perhaps to try Rotobrush 3? There have been a couple of builds where some project format changes weren't correct. This might be related to that.

Either your footage has issues or your cache folders are borked. Nearly impossible to tell based on so little real info.

Can you install the latest version of After Effects and see if the issue persists?
