Saving markers for after effects (.ffx) presets

Does anyone know how to save animation presets with markers?
For instance, whenever we download preset packs and templates from the internet, we see we can control animations with layer markers.
But whenever I save an animation preset, it only saves (keyframes, effects, and expressions), not markers.
