Scale problem

All objects in E3D look good. But in After Effects itself, they shrink and take on an irregular shape.

Start by actually adding a proper camera layer to the composition. The rest is unclear. A blurry video where barely any relevant UI details are recognizable is not particulalrly useful.

Open up your Composition settings and check your Pixel Aspect Ratio. I suspect this is your issue.
