Scale/rotation problem when using "replace with after effects comp" in Premiere

Hi there, 

I was using Premiere to edit some video clips and wanted to use the "replace with after effects comp" function. However, when the after effects comp opened up, all my clips were rotated and the wrong scale. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Nevermind, I realized that the clips were not the right scale in Premiere because I had duplicated them to another timeline. So please disregard my question. Thanks.
