You might be better off posting your issue at the Boris forums - the home of Mocha AE: https://forum.borisfx.com/
But a little tip: provide them with more information about your issue than you've done here. If you don't describe the issue clearly and in detail no one will be able to help.

As Mike posted, it's difficult to diagnose your issue with more information.
What version of Mocha and AE are you using?
Are you trying to rotoscope or screen replacement.
Make sure that you are importing your mocha track into AE on the same keyframe. One keyframe off and it will result in shaky tracks.
As soon as you can get us more information, we can help you.
thanks!

If Mocha is giving you a shaky track then in almost every case I have ever seen there is something in the shot that you need to either isolate or ignore. The rest of the problems that I have seen can be traced to a frame mismatch, sharpness, motion blur, contrast or some other problem that can be fixed by repairing the footage. Just recently I used Mask Tracker to punch a hole in some footage, tracked the footage in Mocha with the hole in it, got my accurate tracking data into AE and then turned off the mask. As far as I know, there is no bug that causes tracking data to get fouled up. If you attach one of the grids or the sample image to the surface you have tracked inside Mocha and it tracks perfectly, the tracking info will come into AE perfectly.
Show us a shot that you are having problems with and we should be able to suggest a solution or tell you that that particular shot cannot be tracked with that software.

That was tracked in 3DE and track points was highly accurate and if I continue the workflow to Maya the geometry stick very well because I snap it to one of the track points and render it and composite in AE perfectly.
but if i use the same track and import it to AE for 2d compositing the result is as shown in video.
Thanks Mr. Rick for your detailed info and answers.

Check the frame rates. Make sure they are the same.
